If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days according to our Terms and Conditions.

Before sending the goods back, please read the terms and procedure for claims and returns.

1. BASIC PROVISIONS

This complaints procedure summarizes the mutual business relationship, rules, rights, and obligations between you as the Buyer and the operator of the e-shop www.tacticalgamesshop.eu as the Seller. It becomes binding upon conclusion of the purchase agreement (order confirmation date).

2. OBVIOUS DEFECTS UPON DELIVERY

If the goods show obvious defects upon receipt from the carrier (especially damaged packaging), the Buyer is entitled to refuse the delivery. In this case, the Buyer must write a damage report with the carrier. The Buyer’s right to proper fulfillment by the Seller or a refund remains. If the Buyer accepts the delivery and later discovers damage (missing items, mechanical defects), they must notify the Seller in writing within 3 days.

3. RETURNING GOODS WITHOUT GIVING A REASON

According to Act No. 367/2000 Coll., the Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Goods must be sent to the Seller’s partner at: Jan Kuběnka, Dukelská 2791/8a, Cheb, 350 02.
COD shipments will not be accepted. Goods and packaging must be undamaged, unused, and complete. Include all accessories and a copy of the invoice. A refund will be issued for the goods and the lowest shipping costs. Non-compliance voids the right to withdraw. Uncollected goods may incur storage fees of 0.05% per day of the item's value. Notify us in advance via email to info@krtex.cz with the following text: "I wish to withdraw from contract number (order number) dated dd.mm.yyyy and request a refund to account (your account number). Date and signature."

4. NON-CONFORMITY WITH PURCHASE AGREEMENT

If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal. This does not apply if the Buyer knew about the defect beforehand. Non-conformity discovered within 6 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.

5. WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty starts from the date of delivery and lasts 24 months unless stated otherwise. Extended warranties are listed on the warranty card or product page.

6. CLAIM PROCEDURE

Notify us in advance by phone or email: info@paintballarenacheb.cz. Pack goods properly for shipping.

7. CLAIM PROCEDURE

State the defect, describe it, and specify your claim. Provide documentation and photos if possible. Do not send goods without prior notification. The 30-day period starts upon receipt of goods. Include the claim form, invoice copy, complete product, and previous claim protocols if applicable.

8. UNFOUNDED CLAIMS / VOIDING CLAIM

If a claim is unjustified, the Buyer covers costs. Claims are void if goods were used improperly or damaged by external factors. Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use, mechanical damage, natural wear

  • Non-compliance with instructions or improper handling

If everything is in order and you still wish to file a claim, fill in the claim form or contact us at info@paintballarenacheb.cz. The statutory period for handling claims is 30 days, but we aim to resolve it sooner.
