GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. Some Definitions
Price is the amount you will pay for the Goods.
Shipping Price is the amount you will pay for the delivery of the Goods, including packaging.
Total Price is the sum of the Price and the Shipping Price.
VAT is the value-added tax according to applicable legislation.
Invoice is a tax document issued in accordance with VAT law for the Total Price.
Order is your irrevocable proposal to conclude a Purchase Agreement with us.
User Account is an account established based on your provided information, allowing storage of data and order history.
You are the person purchasing from our E-shop.
Goods are all products available for purchase on the E-shop.
II. General Provisions and Instructions
Goods can only be purchased via the E-shop interface.
It is your duty to provide correct and true information.
III. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract can be concluded in Czech or English.
The contract is concluded remotely via the E-shop.
An Order proposal must include: a) Information about the Goods. b) Information about Price, Shipping Price, payment, and delivery method. c) Your identification and contact details.
Before placing the Order, you must agree to these Terms.
We confirm your Order via email.
We may reject Orders due to unavailability or quantity limits.
In case of obvious price errors, we are not obliged to deliver the Goods.
Conclusion of the Contract creates an obligation to pay the Total Price.
Orders may also be placed via User Account.
Discounts require entry of the discount code in the Order.
IV. User Account
Access to your User Account is through registration.
You must provide accurate and truthful data.
Keep your login details confidential.
The User Account is personal.
We may cancel inactive accounts.
User Account availability may be limited due to maintenance.
V. Price and Payment Terms, Ownership Reservation
Price is listed on the E-shop and in the Order.
Total Price includes VAT and legal fees.
Payment is required before delivery.
Payment methods: a) Bank transfer. b) Online card payment. c) Cash on delivery. d) Cash upon personal pickup.
Invoice will be issued electronically.
Ownership transfers after full payment and acceptance.
VI. Delivery of Goods, Risk Transfer
Delivery options: a) Personal pickup. b) PPL pick-up points. c) Courier services.
Delivery within the Czech Republic and Germany.
Delivery times depend on availability and method.
Check the packaging upon receipt.
Failure to accept Goods does not void our delivery obligation.
Additional delivery costs due to your fault are payable by you.
Risk transfers upon receipt.
We inform about delays or unavailability.
If delivery is impossible within 30 days, both parties may withdraw.
VII. Rights from Defective Performance
We guarantee defect-free Goods at the time of risk transfer.
Rights from defects follow the law.
Report defects via email or post.
For material defects, you may choose: a) New Goods. b) Repair. c) Discount. d) Withdrawal.
For minor defects: a) New Goods. b) Repair. c) Discount.
Withdrawal is not possible if the Goods cannot be returned.
Complaints confirmed within 3 days, resolved within 30 days.
We inform you of complaint results via email.
Businesses must report defects promptly.
Consumers have 24 months.
Exemptions apply to discounted or used Goods.
VIII. Withdrawal from the Contract
Withdrawal rights are stated here.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days.
Exceptions apply (custom goods, hygiene reasons, etc.).
The period is maintained by timely notice.
Refunds within 14 days after return.
Return shipping costs are borne by you.
Compensation for damage caused by improper handling.
We may withdraw for objective reasons.
IX. Dispute Resolution with Consumers
We follow no codes of conduct.

Czech Trade Inspection is competent for ADR.

X. Final Provisions
Czech law applies.
Communication is via email.
Changes to Terms are notified to User Account holders.
Force majeure relieves liability.
Attachments include complaint and withdrawal forms.
Contracts are archived electronically.
