How to shop

We have some tips for you on how to easily go through the whole process from selecting goods to placing an order.

Finding Products

Some people like to browse, others prefer to go straight to the point.

If you belong to the first group, select the appropriate department from the top menu and then the individual product categories until you reach your destination. If you already know what you want, use the search function. At the top of the page, you will find the search bar, which will lead you to the desired goods with the help of the search assistant.

Cart

You add products to the cart using the "Add to Cart" button. In the cart, you will see everything you have added in one clear place – the exact product name, availability, quantity (which you can freely adjust), and the price including VAT. You will always see the complete content of the cart when you add goods or click on the cart symbol at the top right of the page.

Login

You can log in as:

• A new customer, if you are shopping on our site for the first time – simply enter your details at the end of the order and leave the checkbox next to "I want to register" checked;

• A registered customer, if you have already shopped on our site and registered with your password. Enter your email and password and continue with your order. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to your registration email. The email is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is necessary to provide it.

Shipping and Payment

Depending on the size of the goods, the most suitable type of delivery will be offered. A complete overview can be found on the "Shipping and Payment" page.

If you are ordering multiple types of goods with different availability, it is up to you whether you prefer the fastest possible delivery (the shipment will be split and items in stock will be sent immediately) or if you prefer to wait until all the goods are in stock and we will send everything together in one shipment.

At this step of the cart, you also choose the payment method. If you have a discount voucher, enter the code in the "Discount Code" field and the amount will be deducted from your order immediately.

Summary and Sending the Order

Before submitting the order, a complete summary is available for your review. If all the information is correct, complete the order by clicking the "Submit Order" button.
